Copilot Studio Developer
Copilot Studio / Power Platform Developer Developer | AI Transformation Consultancy
£65–75k + quarterly bonus + revenue share
Hybrid, 1 day per week in London office (Paddington)
You've shipped Copilot Studio agents in production and you're starting to feel like the work has more potential than your current setup is allowing.
You want to join a consultancy on an upward trajectory, filled with low-ego, talented people, building solutions for clients you get genuinely excited about.
This is that role.
The company
A London AI transformation consultancy delivering live production AI work across NHS England, BP, Legal & General, Oxford University, Syngenta, and major UK transport and infrastructure clients.
Some of their recent builds include a Contract Redaction Agent that cut a four-hour manual process to five minutes per contract, an AI Appointment Assistant that identified 90,000 unnecessary NHS appointments, and procurement transformation that unlocked 20% capacity at a UK infrastructure client.
Twenty more projects in the pipeline this year – plenty of work for you come and deliver, and progress your career in a meaningful way.
The team
The MD founded the consultancy after a career spanning global programme delivery and £2M of validated cost savings at a major UK manufacturer. He's the kind of leader who'll invest in your growth, not just delegate to it.
The Consulting Director joined from PwC's CIO Advisory practice and sets the standard for how engagements run from discovery through to adoption.
The Lead Power Platform Developer is three years into shipping production automation at enterprise scale and will be your closest working partner, a fantastic guy to learn from.
The in-house AI Engineer brought Azure AI Foundry capability into the team, she’s the kind of peer to spar with on the harder architectural calls.
Across the board here there is genuine ownership, no politics, no sign-off chains.
The role
You’ll be designing and building AI-enabled agents using Copilot Studio and the Microsoft Power Platform, predominantly for governance-heavy UK clients.
The technical problems you work on are interesting because the constraints are real: regulated data, enterprise integrations, audit requirements. The real payoff is that your work ships, in front of thousands of users at named organisations, rather than POCs that get parked.
You'll also get exposure to running AI literacy sessions and Copilot workshops for non-technical client teams, which is the part of the work that genuinely shapes how organisations adopt agentic AI.
The consultancy's principles are pragmatic, collaborative, and transparent in practice rather than on a values page.
Who you are
- Two to three years of hands-on Copilot Studio delivery with production agents you've personally shipped into enterprise environments.
- You’re confident across Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse, and SharePoint or Graph for knowledge grounding.
- You’re fluent on governance: RBAC, DLP, data access controls, environment strategies, ALM.
- Most importantly – you’re energised by client work and the workshop side of the role, not just tolerant of it.
- Bonus if you've worked in regulated environments (financial services, public sector, healthcare) and/or have familiarity with Azure AI services, Azure OpenAI, agent-based solutions
For this Copilot Studio / Power Platform Developer role they are paying between £65,000 to £75,000 depending on your experience.
Alongside a strong benefits package they include extras like quarterly bonuses and a revenue sharing scheme, where you get excellent bonuses for referring new clients yourself!
