They're hiring across two tribes:

Platform Engineering - backend-heavy, systems layer, reliability and infrastructure at scale. Python, GCP, CI/CD. You care about the architecture that makes everything else possible. £125K-£185K.

Product Engineering - full-stack, LLM integrations, shipping into production fast. Python/FastAPI, React/TypeScript. You care about what customers experience. £120K-£170K.

Both roles come with meaningful equity, quarterly salary reviews, and the chance to be part of a team that skews toward ex-founders and early engineers from serious companies. The bar for who gets in here is genuinely high.
