About the Role Are you an experienced Project Manager with a passion for excellence, stakeholder engagement, and event delivery? We are seeking a Global Awards Project Manager to lead and deliver a prestigious international awards programme that celebrates excellence across the built and natural environments.
In this role, you’ll work closely with global stakeholders, internal teams, and delivery partners to ensure the awards campaigns are professionally managed from start to finish — from the call for entries through to the final winner announcements. Your expertise will ensure consistency, quality, and impact across all markets.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the project management of global awards campaigns in a matrix team environment.

Coordinate key milestones including entry submissions, judging, finalist announcements, and ceremonies.

Collaborate with marketing teams to drive campaigns and boost engagement.

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the awards entry system, jury recruitment, and judging processes.

Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including awards working groups and sponsors.

Maintain timelines, deliverables, and budgets to ensure all awards campaigns run smoothly and efficiently.

Organise and support jury meetings, prepare documentation, and track follow-up actions.

Identify areas for continuous improvement and ensure quality assurance throughout each campaign.

Source and manage global suppliers; negotiate contracts and manage costs effectively.

Support sponsorship and partnership initiatives to drive value and long-term relationships.

Proven experience in project management, ideally within events, awards, or professional services.
