IT Corporate Administrator
We are working with a leading iGaming organisation that requires a Corporate IT Administrator to come on board and help keep their technology running smoothly. Responsibilities include:
Provide 1st to 2nd line IT support to desktop users across all offices
Support Windows 10, Windows 11 and MacOS environments
Deliver user support via phone, in person and remotely
Administer and support Microsoft 365 applications, cloud services, including Entra ID, Azure services, Intune, and any other IT related software
Configure, deploy, relocate and maintain IT equipment including patching and anti-virus management
Manage user accounts, licenses and services across multiple cloud platforms
Monitor, identify, and respond to potential cybersecurity risks and vulnerabilities
Ideally you will have:
Experience working with ServiceDesk solutions.
Advanced knowledge in the Microsoft Office application (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
Experience configuring and supporting hardware, software xkybehq and networks (Including Microsoft Intune, etc)
Strong understanding of cloud platforms, particularly Microsoft 365
Knowledge of wireless networks, setup, maintenance and troubleshooting
Experience or familiarity with EDR, XDR tools (e.g. Darktrace, etc)
Good awareness of cybersecurity principles and best practice
