Key Responsibilities:
Product Leadership & Strategy
- Define the product roadmap for an enterprise AI platform leveraging GenAI, embeddings, and vector databases (e.g., FAISS).
- Prioritise features that deliver explainable, source-linked answers from documents like emails, contracts, reports, and CRM logs.
- Own use cases including:
- CRM Insights: Summarising customer interactions, identifying churn risk, linking sales data with behavioural signals.
- Finance & Savings: Extracting vendor terms, analysing expenses, surfacing hidden cost-saving opportunities.
- Cross-functional Intelligence: Connecting siloed data points across departments via knowledge graphs for compliance and decision support.
- Engage stakeholders across Finance, SalesOps, Risk, and Legal to collect, define, and validate requirements.
- Write clear user stories, data flow diagrams, and acceptance criteria tailored to GenAI-based document intelligence workflows.
- Help define metrics for model accuracy, confidence thresholds, and visualizations that aid interpretability.
- Support QA/UAT cycles and iterate based on feedback loops with both business and technical teams.
- Partner with AI/ML engineers, data scientists, and backend/frontend teams to translate domain needs into scalable GenAI solutions.
- Ensure regulatory, privacy, and compliance concerns are embedded early in the product lifecycle.
- Act as the central point of communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- 4–6 years in Business Analysis, Product Management, or hybrid technical roles within enterprise platforms or AI/ML solutions.
- Solid understanding of GenAI concepts like LLMs, embeddings, RAG, vector stores, and knowledge graphs.
- Experience in at least one of the following domains: CRM (e.g., Salesforce), Finance/FP&A, Procurement, or Compliance.
- Proven ability to translate complex technical capabilities into tangible business outcomes.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, cross-functional agile teams with ambiguous problem spaces.
- Bonus: Exposure to tools such as LangChain, Neo4j, Streamlit, OpenAI API, or document parsing libraries (PDF, DOCX, CSV).
- Familiarity with LLMOps, prompt engineering, or model monitoring.
- Prior experience in enterprise SaaS, BFSI, or consulting domains.
- UX/UI understanding for building intuitive query interfaces or data exploration tools.
- Be part of a dynamic, forward-thinking AI team building next-gen enterprise AI capabilities.
- Work with the latest in open-source and commercial AI technologies.
- Flexible remote or hybrid work model (UK-based).
- Opportunity to shape product direction in real-world enterprise scenarios.
