About the Role:
We are supporting a leading manufacturer and distributor known for innovation, quality, and customer focus. As they continue to expand their operations and data capabilities, they are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join the team and help drive informed data driven decision-making across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, analyse, and interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for operational and commercial improvement.
- Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to support sales, marketing, finance, and supply chain teams.
- Present insights and findings clearly and confidently to stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.
- Work cross-functionally with business teams to understand data needs and provide actionable insights.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy across reporting processes.
- Contribute to data governance and process improvement initiatives.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Data Analyst or Business Analyst role.
- Strong proficiency in tools such as Excel, Power BI, SQL, or similar analytics platforms.
- Proven ability to present and explain complex data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Comfortable working with stakeholders across multiple departments and levels of seniority.
- Experience working with Infor SyteLine (CSI) or similar ERP systems desirable.
- Ideally a background or understanding of the kitchen and bathroom industry.
- Familiarity with data warehousing solutions.
