Job Role: Data Analyst
Location: Scunthorpe (On-site)
Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum

My client are a leading manufacturer and distributor in the kitchen and bathroom industry. They are driven by innovation, operational excellence, and a customer-first approach. As part of their growth, They are looking for a Data Analyst to play a key role in delivering actionable insights and driving smarter business decisions across the organisation.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Analyse large datasets to uncover trends, efficiencies, and opportunities across commercial and operational teams.
• Build dashboards and reports using Excel, Power BI, SQL (or similar), supporting departments such as Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain.
• Present your findings clearly to stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to identify data needs and ensure consistent, accurate reporting.
• Support data governance and help shape the business’s data strategy.

What You’ll Need

• 3+ years in a Data Analyst or Business Analyst role.
• Strong technical skills in Power BI, Excel, SQL, or equivalent tools.
• Confident communicator with the ability to turn complex data into clear insights.
• Experience liaising with cross-departmental teams and senior stakeholders.

Nice to Have (but not essential)

• Exposure to ERP systems like Infor SyteLine.
• Knowledge of the kitchen/bathroom industry or e-commerce environment.
• Familiarity with data warehousing solutions and CRM systems.
