We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst with strong experience in Microservices Architecture and APIs to join our client’s team on a fixed-term contract for a minimum of 12 months, with the possibility of extension. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
- Take ownership of functional and non-functional requirements, including process flows.
- Lead key workshops, including requirement elicitation sessions and Sprint refinement sessions.
- Work closely with Product Managers to refine Sprint backlogs and support prioritisation decisions.
- Operate within cross-functional Agile teams, ensuring well-structured Acceptance Criteria and best practices are followed.
- Act as a bridge between business and IT teams, ensuring technical solutions align with business needs.
- Evaluate existing business processes, identify areas for improvement, and drive efficiencies.
Key Skills & Experience:
Must-have:
- Microservices Architecture & APIs experience – Essential to work within the microservices team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and manage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in Ecommerce/Retail systems – ideally COTS products and home-grown applications.
- Hands-on development experience with Microservices and APIs.
- Knowledge of Jira, Azure DevOps, Cosmos DB, and SQL – preferred but flexible.
- Experience working with both internal teams and third-party partners.
