Strategic HR Leadership
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and as part of Exco on people related strategies that underpin operational efficiency, growth and transformation
  • Develop and execute a people strategy that aligns with business vision, strategy and objectives and deepen a high performance culture
  • Steward organisational design to enable effective decision making, focus on core priorities, agility, scalability and alignment with strategic goals
HR Cycle
  • Lead all core HR activity of the HR lifecycle, including talent acquisition, employee relations, engagement, performance management, capability and development planning. Oversee deployment of and support from current Delinian central payroll, compensation and benefits, HR systems and compliance activities
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are current, legally compliant, and consistently applied across the company
  • Monitor and report on HR metrics, such as headcount, turnover, absence, and employee engagement.
Exit/Sale Process Preparation and standalone or transition readiness
  • Lead HR due diligence efforts for a potential sale, including the preparation of organisational data, compliance records, and talent assessments
  • Ensure the business is "exit ready" from a talent, process, and culture perspective
  • Support the transition and integration processes during M&A activities or ownership transfer
  • In the event of a divestment within the term of the role to PE, design and execute an HR function to operate in a standalone environment - includes reward strategies (sales commission plan design, short term and longer term incentive plans), HRIS tender and implementation, payroll and benefits contract negotiations and set up, policy design and drafting etc
Attributes
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive HR leadership experience, ideally within mid market, growth focused businesses
  • Proven success in HR leadership roles within private equity backed or fast paced, change oriented environments.
  • Strong understanding of employment law, compensation structures, organisational design and HR compliance
  • Demonstrated ability to lead HR strategy while effectively managing day to day operations.
  • Experience managing HR workstreams in M&A or business exit/sale processes.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels.
  • Professional certifications (e.g., CIPD, SHRM, SPHR).
