KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Vendor Management of the SAP hosting partners and in future SAP RISE
• Point of contact for production SAP Basis incidents and keeping management up-to-date on any outstanding production related issues
• Analyze the current SAP environment, identify system incompatibilities or shortcomings and provide potential improvements suggestions
• Monitoring and troubleshooting the SAP systems for health and performance issues
• Creation of Service Level Reports
• Batch jobs controlling
• Transport Management
• Implementing SAP OSS Notes
• Manage and support SAP Add-Ons and Support Packages implementation
• Manage and support SAP Portal related implementations
• Support of SAP archive link and the develop archive solution
• Demonstrate flexibility and support for objectives / tasks of other IT organisations
