Business Development Representative

Location: London, UK (on site)

Salary: Up to £55K base (depending on experience) + bonus

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • 1-2 years of SaaS sales experience at an early-stage startup.
  • Proven track record of overachievement in academic or professional settings.
  • Proven ability to generate and manage outbound sales pipelines.
  • Self-driven and motivated to succeed, with a resilience to overcome challenges and rejection.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment.

About the Role:

  • Apply industry knowledge to research accounts, identify key stakeholders, generate interest, and account development.
  • Execute outbound prospecting and effectively manage inbound leads.
  • Conduct high-level discovery conversations to targeted accounts engaging with C-level stakeholders.
  • Exceed Business Development targets (e.g. generating pipeline).
  • Develop cadence structures (call, email, social, etc.) & playbooks on air leads in your assigned territory.
