Salary: Up to £120k base / £240k OTE
Sell into tier-1 banks in a category being rebuilt from the ground up by AI
About the Role
This is high-stakes enterprise selling from day one. You’ll be working with some of the largest financial institutions in Europe, in conversations that are already live and commercially serious.
- Own a named territory across tier-1 banks, payments firms, and regulated enterprises
- Run full-cycle enterprise deals with significant ACV and expansion potential
- Engage senior stakeholders across compliance, risk, technology, and the C-suite
- Partner directly with founders on major deals and strategic accounts
- Play a key role in shaping how enterprise sales is built as the company scales
- Leverage a mix of outbound, founder-led momentum, and strong market demand

Ideal Candidate Profile
- 5+ years closing enterprise deals into financial services or regulated fintech
- Experience selling compliance, data, workflow, or platform products
- Proven ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles
- Strong credibility with senior buyers in regulated or technical environments
- Experience operating in early-stage or scaling startup environments
- Additional European language is a strong advantage
