Role: Enterprise Account Executive – Early-Stage SaaS
Location: London, UK
Salary: Up to £120k base (double OTE)
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 5+ years of experience closing complex SaaS deals.
- Consistent track record of hitting £1M+ annual quotas, ideally using structured sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC or Command of the Message.
- Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to translate complex products or concepts into clear business value for senior stakeholders.
- Proactive in building and managing pipeline, with a hands-on approach to outbound as well as deal execution.
- Comfortable operating in a startup environment, with the autonomy to navigate ambiguity and build as you go.
About the Role:
- Own a new business and expansion quota across enterprise accounts, targeting senior decision-makers.
- Build relationships with C-suite stakeholders, map complex organisations, and develop multi-threaded deal strategies.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close, partnering with post-sales teams to drive successful onboarding and expansion.
