Role: Senior Enterprise Business Development Representative

Location: London, UK (hybrid – 2x days in office)

Salary: Up to £75k OTE

Opportunity to join as Senior Enterprise BDR with guaranteed AE progression by Jan 2027!

Ideal Candidate:

  • 1+ years of experience in a BDR role, prospecting to enterprise accounts (1k+ employees).
  • Experience selling to financial stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of overachievement in academic or professional settings.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and collaborate across all levels.

About the Role:

  • Own outbound prospecting across target accounts, building pipeline through multi-channel outreach to Director and C-suite stakeholders
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads through structured discovery, partnering closely with Account Executives to convert opportunities
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to refine messaging and share market insights
  • Contribute to go-to-market execution by helping build scalable outbound processes and developing deep product expertise
