As a Customer Success & Account Manager, you’ll:

  • Be the first line of excellence – managing daily customer interactions with speed, clarity, and professionalism.

  • Own the renewal journey – guiding subscription renewals with confidence, ensuring seamless continuation, and maximising retention.
  • Create strong, meaningful connections with key stakeholders, tailoring support to their exact needs.
  • Lead onboarding experiences that are engaging, clear, and energising – setting the stage for long-term success.
  • Keep CRM and support platforms sharp, accurate, and up to date.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve challenges and elevate the customer experience.
  • Track and measure what matters – monitoring customer success metrics to ensure consistent performance.
What's in your DNA / Experience Needed?
  • Experienced – you have 2 years in customer success, account management, or B2B client service.
  • Confident – you’re comfortable engaging with senior-level and board-level stakeholders.
  • Skilled – you know how to guide contract renewals and subscription cycles.
  • Articulate – your communication is clear, professional, and inspiring.
  • Organised – you thrive when managing multiple priorities with precision.
  • Tech-ready – you’re confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Driven – you’re a self-starter, proactive, and passionate about creating results.
