Demand Generation Executive

Demand Generation Executive, up to £65,000 base + bonus + benefits + remote working included. Lovely scale up Tech Company.

Are you ready to unleash your potential and step into a role where you set the pace, you drive the energy, and you fuel the engine of opportunity?

This is more than a job.

This is a stage.

A platform.

A chance to take ownership of demand generation and turn it into a powerhouse for growth.

We’re looking for someone who wants to make waves—not just tick boxes. Someone who wants to craft strategy, build momentum, and turn ideas into real, measurable pipeline impact. Someone who believes that demand generation isn’t just marketing... it’s transformation.

If you're hungry, driven, analytical, creative, and ready to step into a role where you make the difference — this is your moment.

The Opportunity

You will lead, shape, and elevate all demand generation activities across multiple channels. This is your chance to build something powerful, purposeful, and entirely your own.

You’ll have full ownership of the strategy, execution, optimisation, and performance of campaigns designed to generate high-quality leads and accelerate the sales pipeline.

If you love experimenting, testing, refining, and pushing boundaries... you’ll thrive here.

What You’ll Lead & Create

  • Build, own, and execute a comprehensive demand generation strategy that blends the right channels, technology, and bold ideas to deliver high-quality leads and scalable pipeline growth.
  • Take full control of multi-channel lead generation — digital advertising, SEO, partner marketing, SEM, paid social, email, webinars, virtual events, in-person events and anything else you believe will move the needle.
  • Collaborate with campaign owners to maximise return, while also launching and analysing your own high-impact campaigns.
  • Drive continuous improvement through testing, experimentation and innovation — you’ll use insight, not guesswork.
  • Own SEO/GEO performance to ensure your campaigns show up where it matters.
  • Manage all digital advertising channels and constantly assess new partners and platforms to maximise ROI.
  • Work closely with product and content teams to deliver targeted, meaningful messaging that hits the right audience at the right moment.
  • Ensure accurate reporting with clear KPIs, targets, and performance insights.
  • Partner with sales teams to track leads through the funnel and use insights to boost conversion.
  • Build powerful lead-nurturing programmes that keep prospects engaged and moving forward.
  • Identify new growth opportunities and present bold business cases for new initiatives or partners.
