Salesforce Product Owner
Salesforce Product Owner
London & Onsite
£60,000 to £80,000 DoE
We are working with a growing business to find a Salesforce Product Owner who will take full ownership of a live, evolving Salesforce environment. Our client needs someone who can move from triage to build to release with confidence, and whose changes work correctly first time.
This is a hands-on configuration role at the heart of a commercial operation. The system connects sales activity, financial data, and management reporting, and your job will be to keep it clean, reliable, and moving forward.
THE ROLE
You will own the Salesforce ticket backlog end-to-end, covering scope, implementation, testing, and release without rework or handoffs. Day to day this includes:
- Implementing and maintaining configuration across flows, fields, page layouts, and permission sets within a defined architecture
- Building and maintaining reporting and dashboards directly in Salesforce so leadership has data they can act on
- Driving continuous data hygiene including deduplication, consistency enforcement, and cleanup across core objects
- Monitoring and supporting live integrations between Salesforce and connected systems, handling routine fixes and flagging structural issues
- Operating within a controlled change process (sandbox, test, release) with full accountability for what you ship
WHAT OUR CLIENT IS LOOKING FOR
You will need at least three years of hands-on Salesforce admin and configuration experience in a live environment, with a real backlog rather than just a greenfield build. You should be able to walk through two or three concrete examples of config work you owned and delivered end-to-end, including how you tested and released safely.
Strong data instincts matter here. You will be expected to spot inconsistencies, clean them up systematically, and leave the system more trustworthy than you found it. Experience with Salesforce reporting in a revenue or sales operations context is a strong advantage.
TOOLS YOU WILL WORK WITH
Salesforce, Salesforce Flows, Jira, Xero, Databricks
If you have built a reputation for Salesforce work that holds up with no revisits and no rework, we would love to hear from you. Please apply below or reach out directly.
