Role Overview

• We are looking for a skilled React.js Developer to join a dynamic Software Engineering team delivering high-quality digital solutions for a leading global financial client.
• You will design, develop, and enhance scalable web and mobile applications using modern frameworks and agile methodologies.
• This role requires strong technical capability, collaborative working style, and the ability to contribute to team decisions while ensuring delivery excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain responsive applications using React.js
• Develop reusable, efficient, and scalable front-end components
• Work on cross-platform solutions using React Native
• Collaborate with product owners, designers, testers, and backend developers
• Participate in architecture and technical design discussions
• Troubleshoot issues and deliver innovative solutions
• Ensure code quality, performance, and maintainability
• Support junior team members through knowledge sharing and mentoring
• Align technical delivery with business requirements and timelines

Required Skills

• Advanced experience in React.js
• Strong understanding of JavaScript ES6+, HTML5, CSS3
• Experience with component-based architecture and state management
• Exposure to React Native
• Knowledge of software engineering best practices
• Understanding of Agile / Scrum delivery models
• Problem-solving and debugging skills
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience in financial services or enterprise environments
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
• Exposure to cloud platforms and API integrations
• Understanding of scalable system design principles

Experience Required

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in React.js development
• Suitable for junior to mid-level engineers ready to take ownership of modules and components
