What Youll Do:

Kick off your journey with a comprehensive induction, then dive into handson projects that challenge you. Our twoyear programme is founded on recognised industry standards, enabling you to develop your knowledge and skills. Youll gain practical experience and industry knowledge, plus a mentorship to guide you toward professional development and IET accreditation. Flexibility is keyexpect a mix of office, home, and site work.

Who You Are:

Were looking for grads who are passionate about engineering and eager to learn. If you have:

• A minimum of a 2:2 Honours Degree in a relevant STEM subject (Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Networking, Cyber Security, Electronics, IT etc.) achieved within the last two years
• A knack for solving complex problems
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A keen eye for detail
• Selfmotivation and the ability to thrive under pressure
• Practical experience with Microsoft Office
