This position can be hybrid and based in Milton Keynes, or Remote within England and Wales.

About the role:

No two days are the same for our Business Development Representative. You’ll be proactive in reaching out to potential clients. You’ll be making outbound calls, following up warm leads, and generating your own to identify and create new qualified opportunities for our sales team through your dedication and persistence.

Lead Management & Opportunity Development: Quickly jumping on inbound enquiries from Marketing Lead Channels and turning them into exciting opportunities. Finding and connecting with the right decision makers in our target markets

Outbound Sales & Prospecting: Taking charge of outbound sales prospecting across all available channels. Staying active and consistently feeding the sales pipeline

Relationship Building & Customer Engagement: Making a fantastic first impression, nurturing warm prospects, and understanding their pain points and what drives their buying decisions. Repeatedly following up to keep Teletrac Navman top of mind throughout the buying cycle

Tools & Collaboration: Utilising sales & marketing platforms to maximise your effectiveness (Salesforce, 6Sense, and SalesLoft). Teaming up with our Training specialist and Product Development teams to keep growing your product know-how

ABOUT YOU

  • Excel at connecting with people, truly listening to their needs and communicating with enthusiasm, clarity, and persuasive skills—both written and verbal.
  • Thrive in fast-paced environments, working independently and collaboratively with a proactive, efficient mindset.
  • Are highly motivated and comfortable handling high-volume outbound prospecting (up to 80 calls and 30 emails daily) with a resilient, problem-solving attitude to overcome objections.
  • Have a genuine passion for technology and a strong desire to learn, including mastering CRM and sales engagement tools.
  • Hold a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required) and have a solid grasp of sales fundamentals, eager to be coached and grow.
