What You’ll Do

• Drive automation and efficiency across the end-user environment using PowerShell and scripting tools with an automation mindset.
• Manage and enhance Windows-based infrastructure , including Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and file services .
• Design scalable, secure desktop and application delivery platforms (VDI, MDM, virtualisation).
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex performance and infrastructure issues across multi-site environments.
• Collaborate with engineers, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver seamless end-user experiences.
• Mentor team members, share knowledge, and contribute to infrastructure improvement projects.

What You’ll Need

• Strong expertise in Windows Server administration and enterprise end-user computing .
• Proven track record in PowerShell automation and scripting for process optimisation.
• Hands-on experience with virtualisation technologies (VMware, Hyper-V) and cloud platforms (Azure or AWS).
• Understanding of infrastructure as code principles (Terraform, Puppet, or Ansible advantageous).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-performance environment.
• Prior experience within financial services or another regulated industry is highly desirable.
