What You'll Do

• You'll work side-by-side with traders and risk specialists to develop and enhance front-office tools that keep the desk moving at pace.
• From building rapid prototypes to refining established trading systems, you'll take ownership of the full development lifecycle, scoping requirements, designing pragmatic solutions, and deploying them into production.
• Your work will blend short-term delivery with longer-term technical improvements, always focused on speed, stability, and reusability.
• Expect to work across technologies such as C#, SQL, and Excel/VBA, with opportunities to incorporate Python and modern data frameworks as projects evolve.

What You'll Need

• Solid background in front-office or trading technology within financial services
• Strong development experience across C#, Excel/VBA, and SQL
• Understanding of financial products, ideally spanning Fixed Income, Derivatives, or other cross-asset classes
• A hands-on approach and the confidence to collaborate directly with trading and risk teams
• The ability to balance fast-paced delivery with structured, maintainable development practices
