What You'll Do
My client is currently seeking an experienced Relationship Manager to serve as the primary strategic contact for one of their major hedge fund clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing trusted client relationships with Portfolio Managers and C suite executives, ensuring exceptional service delivery, identifying opportunities to enhance client value, and coordinating across multiple operational and technology teams to deliver best-in-class investment management services. The role will include:
- Day-to-day relationship management
- Strategic account management
- Service delivery oversight, including triaging issues and prioritising work-streams
- Providing operational risk & governance frameworks
- Internal and external stakeholder management
- Leading collaboration between internal teams
What You'll Need
- Significant experience managing hedge fund client relationships.
- Strong understanding of hedge fund operations across front, middle, and back office.
- Strong knowledge of financial instruments, specifically in the Fixed Income; Bonds and Credit space.
- Experience working within investment banking or fund administration facing off to hedge fund clients.
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex client relationships simultaneously.
- Strong commercial awareness and client-focused mindset.
- Strong organisational and project management capabilities.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders both internally and externally.
