Your story

  • You are an experienced Business Development Manager, Client Account Manager and/or Team Leader with either a Consulting, MSP or traditional agency background.
  • You are passionate about great customer service that leads to significant account growth.
  • Your customers understand who you are, the value your organization brings and the service you deliver to them. You have built deep relationships with multiple stakeholders in multiple locations and clients.
  • Ideally, you will have experience of scaling multiple large accounts through your efforts of networking and building relationships and building an internal organogram and ultimately a large and varied buyer community in the accounts.
  • You have a passion for our industry and enjoy creating solutions to deliver customers objectives whilst aligning them perfectly with our models – to ensure profitable growth. A true exponent of the win: win.

The opportunity

  • This is a critical role that forms part of our UK, US, LatAM & Western Europe Region Operating Board
  • You will work at both a strategic and operational level to help define and implement operational best practice.
  • You will be responsible for the growth of client revenue across the Spanish and Latin American region
  • You will be the Key Account Director for one of our highest spend customers within the Financial Services Industry
  • This is a hands on role, meeting key stakeholders and developing business relationships.
  • You will lead your own delivery function, currently a team of two to build our bench of Associates for both immediate and future requirements.
  • Ideally based from our London office you will be comfortable travelling to Spain on a monthly basis.
