Technical Solutions Consultant | AdTech - 12 Month Contract - Remote

We're looking for an experienced Technical Solutions Consultant to provide high-level operational support to top-tier advertisers. You'll act as the go-to technical expert, resolving complex issues, guiding clients on best practices, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a technical point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Build expertise across advertising solutions (eg Signals, Measurement, Delivery).
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex advertising issues related to pixels, ad delivery, catalogs, and integrations.
• Escalate and collaborate with product and engineering teams on technical bugs.
• Identify opportunities to streamline and automate workflows.

Skills Needed:

• 5-7 years of experience in AdTech or digital advertising (minimum 2 years in a technical support role).
• Strong knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript,
• Experience working with SQL and RESTful APIs.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Hands-on experience with advertising tools, pixels, ad Servers, auctions, and delivery.
• Familiarity with Google Tag Manager (a plus).
• Previous experience with large AdTech platforms is advantageous.
