Digital Transformation Consultant - Strategy & Delivery
We're hiring a Digital Transformation Consultant for our well-trusted global client to help large organisations redesign how they operate using technology. This role is about understanding how a business works today, spotting opportunities to improve it, and shaping practical transformation roadmaps that link strategy to delivery.
You'll work closely with senior stakeholders to assess operations, select the right technologies, run proof-of-concepts, and guide Agile teams through delivery. The role is consulting-led, client-facing, and spans multiple industries, with some international exposure (Europe and Asia).
Ideal candidates come from consulting backgrounds and have experience leading digital or enterprise transformation programmes, working with data, AI or enterprise platforms, and translating complex problems into clear, actionable solutions.
Ideal Candidate
Native/fluent-level proficiency in English (spoken and written)
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of consulting experience, ideally with a focus on:
o Digital strategy, transformation, or change management o Data platforms, AI, or enterprise solutions
Proven success in delivering strategic and digital initiatives
Ability to synthesize complex challenges into clear solutions
Strong communication skills, especially when engaging with senior stakeholders
A client-first mindset with experience managing executive relationships
Eligible to work in the UK.
Willingness to travel to client sites as needed
Preferred
Prior experience at a Big 4 or equivalent consultancy
Experience with Agile methodologies and digital product ownership
