• Waterloo, London (Hybrid)
• £600 - £748 per day (Inside IR35)
• Initial 6-Month Contract with extensions available up to 3 years

We're partnering with a leading global organisation seeking an experienced Senior C++ Software Engineer to join a high-performing technology team building and enhancing business-critical trading and risk systems.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on complex, large-scale applications in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with talented engineers, architects, and business stakeholders.

What you'll be doing:

• Developing high-performance applications using modern C++
• Designing scalable, resilient software solutions
• Working across the full software development life cycle
• Building and enhancing integration solutions and APIs
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative technology solutions
• Contributing to architecture, design decisions, and engineering best practices

Skills & Experience:

• Strong commercial experience with C++
• Experience building enterprise-grade applications
• Knowledge of software design patterns and object-oriented programming
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Experience working in Agile development environments
• Financial services, trading, commodities, risk, or market data experience would be highly advantageous
