As our Workday Prism Lead, you will move beyond standard reporting to build a sophisticated analytics ecosystem. You will lead the delivery of integrated, cloud-based solutions that allow our global business to make faster, data-driven decisions.

  • Strategic Advisory: Partner with Insurance and Finance stakeholders to rationalize reporting needs and build a high-value reporting inventory.

  • Pipeline Architecture: Lead the design and support of Workday Prism Analytics data pipelines, integrating external insurance-specific data with Workday HCM.

  • Insight Visualization: Develop complex reports (Advanced, Matrix, Composite) and dashboards that track KPIs across the talent and operational life cycle.

  • Requirement Translation: Act as the lead consultant between our business units and technical teams, translating complex insurance requirements into scalable data models.

  • Problem Solving: Navigate sophisticated analytics use cases, identifying workarounds for complex data sets while ensuring long-term architectural integrity.

REQUIRED SKILLS (THE TOOLKIT)

  • 2+ Years of Prism Expertise: Hands-on experience in Workday Prism Analytics (data sourcing, transformation, and curated datasets).

  • Reporting Mastery: Expert-level knowledge of Workday reporting frameworks (Advanced, Matrix, Composite).

  • Leadership Capability: Experience at an Associate Manager or Manager level, with the ability to manage projects and influence senior stakeholders.

  • Analytical Rigor: A background in handling large, complex datasets-ideally within a regulated financial or insurance environment.

  • Communication: Excellent English skills with the ability to explain complex data models to non-technical business leaders.

SET YOURSELF APART

  • Industry Context: Previous experience within Insurance, Reinsurance, or Financial Services or Professional Services.

  • Technical Breadth: Familiarity with BIRT, Workday Studio, or external BI tools like Power BI or Tableau.

  • Certification: Active Workday certifications in Prism or Reporting.

  • Complex Challenges: Tackle data projects that involve global workforces and intricate regulatory landscapes.

  • Professional Growth: Access to elite training and a clear path to permanent management.
