Tempting Recruitment are working alongside our client, a Local Authority, who are looking to recruit an experienced MOSAIC Trainer to join their team based in Yorkshire.   JOB DETAILSPAY RATE: £400 -£500 Per day WORK TYPE: TemporaryWORK PATTERN: Full TimeLOCATION: Yorkshire   JOB SUMMARYThe Mosaic Trainer will support the successful delivery, implementation and adoption of system. Mosaic Implementation Programme across Children and Young Peoples Service and Adult Services and Wellbeing. The role involves designing and delivering engaging training to frontline staff, ensuring users are confident and capable in applying new workflows, tools, and recording models. The trainer will work closely with Subject Matter Experts (SME’s), System Support Team, operational leads, and technical teams to align training content with the programme’s goals.  JOB DESCRIPTIONThe duties and responsibilities of the role will include:

• Develop and deliver tailored Mosaic training to Children’s Services OR Adult Social Care staff across all levels
• Design training materials, guides, and e-learning content aligned with new workflows and system features
• Project team upskilling and training (Train the Trainer)
• Conduct training needs analysis across service areas to inform content and rollout plans
• Collaborate with SMEs and project leads to ensure training reflects practice requirements and statutory needs
• Support with walk-throughs, drop-ins, and guidance
• Maintain and update training content based on feedback and changes to system design
• Work flexibly across phased rollout plans to deliver training aligned with go-live timelines
• Evaluate training impact and collate feedback to continuously improve delivery

    THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATEThe successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies:

• Experience delivering IT or system training in a social care or public sector setting
• Strong understanding of Mosaic or similar case management systems
• Ability to communicate complex processes in accessible, clear language
• Experience developing both in-person and digital training formats
