Looking to start your career in technology consulting and SaaS implementation?
I'm recruiting a Junior Implementation Consultant for a growing technology consultancy that's looking for someone bright, analytical and genuinely interested in understanding how businesses operate and how technology can improve the way they work.
💷 Salary: £30,000
🏠 Location: Predominantly remote (UK)
📍 Travel: Occasional London travel
🎓 Level: Graduate / Junior
🚫 Sponsorship: Not available
You'll receive training and mentoring while gaining hands-on experience delivering technology implementations for real clients.
What you'll be doing:
• Working directly with clients to understand their business processes
• Supporting discovery and requirements-gathering sessions
• Helping design and configure client solutions
• Building workflows, automations, dashboards and reports
• Identifying opportunities to improve and automate processes
• Supporting testing, UAT and go-live
• Delivering customer onboarding and system training
• Learning how to manage technology implementations from start to finish
Who I'm looking for:
You could be a recent graduate or someone with your first 6–18 months of commercial experience.
I'd particularly like to speak with candidates from backgrounds such as:
🎓 Computer Science
🎓 Engineering
🎓 Mathematics / Statistics
🎓 Economics
🎓 Business / Information Systems
However, your degree subject isn't everything.
I'm looking for someone who is analytical, confident communicating with people, interested in technology and naturally curious about how businesses and processes work.
Previous experience with monday.com is desirable but absolutely NOT essential.
Experience with platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Jira, Asana, ClickUp, Smartsheet, ServiceNow or other SaaS/CRM/workflow tools would also be a bonus.
Full platform and implementation training will be provided.
