AI engineer/AI trainer (Outside IR35/Remote)

I'm currently working with an organisation looking for a hands-on AI Engineer who can build production-grade AI solutions and deliver technical training to experienced engineering audiences.This is a unique opportunity to combine AI development, solution architecture, mentoring and technical education in a highly visible role.

Required Skills:8+ years in Software Engineering, Data, ML or AIProven experience building and deploying GenAI applicationsStrong knowledge of RAG, embeddings, vector databases and retrieval systemsExperience with AI agents, tool calling and workflow orchestrationAI evaluation, observability, guardrails and LLMOps expertiseAdvanced Python development skillsCloud experience (AWS, Azure or GCP)Experience with OpenAI, Anthropic or similar LLM platformsStrong communication and presentation skillsPrevious training, coaching, mentoring, or technical workshop delivery experience

Location: Mostly remote with occasional travel to London Duration: 6 months (Possibility for extension)Daily rate - TBC (outside IR35)Sponsorship is not available for this role
