Account Manager - IT Consultancy - Newcastle upon Tyne (Hybrid)
About the Role
A fast-growing software consultancy is looking for an experienced Account Manager to manage and grow client relationships. You'll work with a diverse portfolio across public and private sectors, helping clients achieve their goals while driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions
- Develop account strategies and identify upselling opportunities
- Monitor client satisfaction and manage renewals
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity
- Track account performance and manage engagement finances
Requirements:
- Experience in Account Management
- Strong multitasking and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Commercial awareness and contract negotiation experience
- Comfortable presenting to technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience with large clients
- Knowledge of software engineering is advantageous
