Agile Delivery lead

We're supporting a major public sector programme and are looking for an experienced Agile Delivery Lead to drive the delivery of a large-scale cloud platform team.

You'll lead multiple engineering pods, facilitate Agile ways of working, manage delivery risks and dependencies, and work closely with technical and business stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience leading Agile delivery within technical teams
• Background in cloud, infrastructure, platform, or DevOps environments
• Strong understanding of AWS and modern cloud platforms
• Experience with CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, and engineering best practices
• Skilled in stakeholder management and delivery reporting
• Strong facilitation of Scrum/Kanban ceremonies
• Experience using Jira or similar Agile tools
• Excellent communication and team leadership skills

Desirable:

• Agile or project management certifications
• AWS certifications
• Previous hands-on engineering, DevOps, or software development experience

Location: London or Manchester (on an ad-hoc basis)Contract length - 4 months (possibility for extension)Daily rate - £575 (inside IR35)Start Date: ASAP
