Job Title: Business Development Executive (New Logo Hunter)

Location: Fully Remote (UK-wide)

Compensation: £185,000 – £225,000 OTE

The Role

Seeking a highly driven Business Development Executive (New Logo Hunter) to lead strategic net-new customer acquisition across key verticals. This is a pure hunting role focused on opening doors, building pipeline, and closing high-value enterprise deals within complex, multi-stakeholder environments.

You will play a critical role in expanding our footprint across industries such as Life Sciences, Oil & Gas / Energy, and Automotive / Industrial, engaging senior decision-makers and delivering measurable business outcomes through our SaaS platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close, with a strong emphasis on net-new logo acquisition
  • Identify, engage, and convert enterprise-level prospects within target industries
  • Build and execute strategic account plans to penetrate complex organisations
  • Navigate multi-stakeholder buying groups, including C-level and technical stakeholders
  • Develop deep industry insight to position solutions effectively in regulated environments
  • Collaborate with marketing, pre-sales, and customer success teams to maximise deal success
  • Consistently exceed revenue targets and pipeline generation goals
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management

Required Experience & Background

  • 10+ years of enterprise SaaS or industrial technology sales experience
  • Proven track record of closing net-new enterprise deals in complex sales cycles
  • Direct experience in at least one of the following industries:
  • Life Sciences (Pharma, Biotech, Medical Devices)
  • Oil & Gas / Energy (OG&E)
  • Automotive / Industrial
  • Demonstrated success selling into regulated, compliance-driven environments
  • Strong experience managing multi-stakeholder, consultative sales processes
  • Consistent overachievement of quota in high-value deal environments
