Salary: Up to £50,000 Location: Hybrid (3 days per week in the office)Type: Permanent
We're looking for a Data Engineer / BI Engineer to join a growing team and play a key role in developing and enhancing data and reporting solutions across the business.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong data engineering and BI experience who wants to be involved in a modern data transformation programme, including a planned migration to Microsoft Fabric.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain data pipelines using Apache Airflow.
Design and optimise SQL-based data solutions.
Build and enhance Power BI reports and dashboards.
Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver insights.
Support ongoing improvements to the data platform and reporting environment.
Contribute to the organisation's future migration to Microsoft Fabric.
Experience with Apache Airflow.
Strong Azure SQL skills.
Power BI development and data modelling experience.
Good understanding of ETL/ELT processes and data warehousing concepts.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Adaptable, hands-on approach with a willingness to support a small, collaborative team.
Salary up to £50,000.
