Location: London (Hybrid) Schedule: 3 days/week Salary: £95,000 pro rata
About the RoleWe're hiring a Senior Project Manager to lead internal data and AI initiatives within a Microsoft-first environment. This is a strategic, hands-on role focused on guiding internal teams and external partners toward a long-term roadmap that integrates Fabric, Power BI, Lakehouse architecture, and Copilot capabilities.
You'll be the connective tissue between internal product managers, technical teams, and external vendors-ensuring alignment with a 3-year vision toward agentic AI enablement.
What You'll Do- Lead internal project delivery across Microsoft's data and AI stack.
- Collaborate with product managers to align delivery with strategic goals.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure external contributions support internal priorities.
- Drive Agile practices and roadmap execution.
- Influence and guide teams toward a future-ready, AI-integrated data platform.
- Senior-level PM experience in Agile environments.
- Deep understanding of Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Lakehouse, and Copilot.
- Strong grasp of cloud platforms (Azure preferred).
- Familiarity with AI concepts and their enterprise applications.
- Experience working with partners like Avanade or similar.
- Maturity and confidence to lead internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Relevant project experience; industry background is flexible.
