Data Quality Analyst
Data Analyst - London (Hybrid) - Azure, Databricks, SQL, Power BI - Up to £55,000

You'll join a collaborative Global Data Team where quality, governance and reliability really matter. There's a genuine focus on doing things properly, building sustainable solutions, and giving people the flexibility and support they need to do their best work.
You will work with:
- Business stakeholders, data stewards and data owners
- Data Engineers, Product teams and Senior IT stakeholders
- Azure-based data platforms including Databricks, DLT and Delta tables
- Data governance, migration and reporting initiatives across the business
What will be involved in the role:
- Identifying data quality risks early through stakeholder engagement and domain understanding
- Performing hands-on data profiling, discovery and quality checks at source
- Analysing root causes of data issues and driving corrective actions
- Supporting data migration by validating mappings, transformations and scripts
- Running reconciliation and post-migration quality checks
- Raising, tracking and resolving defects during trial loads and cutovers
- Translating business needs into clear, measurable data quality requirements
- Working with engineers to implement quality rules, constraints and monitoring
- Designing and maintaining data quality KPIs, dashboards and alerts
- Supporting governance practices, standards and continuous improvement

Key experience:
- Strong experience with SQL, Python or similar for data analysis and validation
- Hands-on experience with Databricks, Delta Live Tables and data quality frameworks
- Proven background in data profiling, cleansing, migration and reconciliation
- Understanding of data pipelines and engineering best practices
- Experience working with Power BI and data quality metrics
- Good knowledge of data governance, standards and regulatory requirements
- Comfortable working in Agile and Waterfall environments
- Confident communicator able to work across business and technical teams
