Data Scientist - Hybrid - Inside IR35

As a Data Scientist, you will lead the design and delivery of AI-driven solutions, advanced analytics, and automation initiatives for clients across industries. Operating at the intersection of data business strategy, and technology science,, you will help clients unlock value from their data assets while mentoring junior team members and shaping the organization's data science capability.

You will work closely with consultants, engineers, and client stakeholders to translate complex data into actionable insights and deploy scalable AI solutions that deliver measurable business impact.

• Lead end-to-end AI, advanced analytics, and automation engagements from discovery through deployment.

• Translate complex data and analytical findings into clear, actionable insights and strategic recommendations for clients.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including consultants, engineers, and client stakeholders, to design and deliver impactful solutions.

• Design, build, and deploy machine learning models, statistical analyses, and AI solutions tailored to client needs.

• Contribute to business development efforts, including proposal writing, solution design, and client presentations.

• Mentor and coach junior data scientists and analysts, fostering technical excellence and professional growth.

• Stay current with emerging technologies, tools, and methodologies in AI, ML, and data science.

• Full AI Project Lifecycle Experience: Proven experience managing the complete AI project lifecycle-from research and prototyping to production deployment-with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Advanced Analytics Expertise: Proficiency in Python and advanced analytics techniques for structured data, with experience using AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, or Hugging Face.

• NLP and Machine Learning : Deep understanding of NLP and ML methods for unstructured data, including experience with foundation models and large language models.

• AI Solution Development: Hands-on experience architecting and delivering AI solutions using modern development tools and accelerators such as GitHub Copilot and Amazon CodeWhisperer.

• Cloud & Data Platforms: Familiarity with cloud platforms and services (AWS, Azure, GCP, Kubernetes) and experience with relational and NoSQL databases (SQL, PostgreSQL, DB2, MongoDB).

• Specialized AI Domains : Experience in one or more of the following areas: NLP, image processing, video processing, voice processing, or Watson technologies.

• Modern UI Frameworks: Familiarity with modern UI frameworks such as React.js, AngularJS, Backbone.js, Ember.js, Bootstrap, and jQuery to support seamless AI solution integration.

• Operating Systems : Experience working across Linux, Windows, iOS, and Android environments.

• Advanced Education : PhD or equivalent experience in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field is a plus.
