We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced 360 consultant to join our team in Newcastle as an Executive Search Consultant! This is a new opportunity where you'll get to carve out our new exec search offering.
Joining Tenth Revolution Group you'd get the opportunity to develop your already honed skills and become a specialist within the growing cloud tech industry. You'll be building relationships with senior / C Suite / Board level IT professionals across the UK and Nordics region.
This is an evolving, always in demand sector, with uncapped / no threshold commission - up to 40% for senior placements!
We are looking for a 360 recruiter looking to take their next steps into exec search. You will need to be successful in developing and winning new business, able to navigate high level conversations, and play the long game - you won't be doing deals every month, but the deals you will be making will be big!!
You don't need to have experience in Cloud tech recruitment, however must have worked in a professional services - IT, Tech, White Collar recruitment, and be happy to move into something new. Cloud is an industry we have been in for the past 20 years, so you will be joining an experienced team who can help you map it out.
