We are now building a dedicated Executive Search function in Newcastle.
This is not a traditional recruitment role.
It is a relationship-led, advisory position focused on long-term partnerships with senior leaders and boards.
The Role
As an Executive Search Consultant, you will:
- Build strategic relationships with C-suite and senior stakeholders
- Develop deep market knowledge within a specialist niche
- Conduct high-level discovery conversations with business leaders
- Map senior talent landscapes and engage passive candidates
- Position TRG as a long-term hiring partner, not a transactional supplier
This role is about influence before income.
You will not be filling multiple roles per month.
You will be building credibility, trust, and long-term commercial relationships.
