What you'll be doing
  • Build and develop client relationships within specialist technology markets
  • Manage the full 360 recruitment lifecycle from business development through to placement
  • Source and engage high-quality technology professionals
  • Negotiate fees, offers, and contracts
  • Work towards clear sales and billing targets in a high-performance environment
What we're looking for
  • Minimum 12 months' experience within Technology Recruitment
  • Proven track record of billings, placements, or business development
  • Experience working a 360 recruitment desk or strong exposure to BD/client management
