We're now looking for a talented Software Engineer to join our early team and help shape the foundations of our product and technology. You'll work directly with the founders, have a big voice in technical decisions, and see your work make an immediate difference.

The Role

As one of our first engineers, you'll take ownership of core platform development, designing and building backend services, integrating cloud infrastructure, and helping us scale quickly and reliably.

You'll be working with a modern JavaScript stack and AWS-based architecture to deliver performant, production-grade systems.

What You'll Do

• Design, build, and maintain backend systems using Node.js and JavaScript/TypeScript
• Develop and deploy cloud-native services on AWS (Lambda, ECS, DynamoDB, S3, etc.)
• Collaborate with the product and front-end teams to deliver seamless user experiences
• Contribute to technical architecture and best practices
• Build with scalability, performance, and security in mind

What We're Looking For

• Strong experience with JavaScript / Node.js in a production environment
• Hands-on experience with AWS services
• Familiarity with REST APIs, microservices, and modern CI/CD workflows
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative start-up environment
• Passionate about solving real problems with clean, maintainable code

Nice to Have

• Experience with databases (PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, or MongoDB)
• Familiarity with Docker or serverless architectures
• Exposure to front-end frameworks (React, Next.js, etc.)
