Senior Software Engineer (Frontend-Leaning) – React / TypeScript / .NET

£400-430 p/d

A fast-growing healthcare technology company is building an AI-driven compliance and patient safety platform used by healthcare organisations across Ireland, the UK, and Australia.

We’re at a key growth stage. The product is live, scaling fast, and we’re expanding the engineering team to build new modules from scratch. This is not a maintenance role or a legacy rebuild – it’s an opportunity to shape and deliver new product in a modern SaaS environment.

The Role

We’re looking for frontend-leaning engineers who enjoy building high-quality user interfaces but are also comfortable working across the full stack when needed.

You’ll work alongside experienced principal engineers to design and deliver features end-to-end, with a strong focus on frontend development within a modern SaaS platform.

Initial focus areas include:

• Building a new Audit module (complex forms, workflows, reporting)
• Contributing to Risk Register and Events modules as the platform scales

What You’ll Be Doing

• Building complex, high-quality UIs using React, TypeScript, and SASS
• Owning frontend features end-to-end, from requirements through to production
• Working with REST APIs and integrating with .NET backend services
• Collaborating closely with backend engineers and principal engineers
• Contributing to clean component architecture and scalable frontend patterns

Tech Stack

• React + TypeScript (core focus)
• SASS
• C# / .NET Core (API layer)
• Azure (App Services, Storage, Identity)
• Azure SQL / MSSQL

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years’ experience delivering production software
• Strong frontend expertise – particularly React, TypeScript, and SASS
• Proven experience building complex applications (forms, state management, component design)
• Comfortable working with APIs and backend services (no need to be backend-heavy)
• Experience in SaaS environments, ideally multi-tenant platforms
• Able to work autonomously and take ownership of features

This role is ideal for engineers who are frontend specialists but still enjoy working across the stack when needed.
