We are seeking a strategic and innovative leader to drive the vision, development, and delivery of generative AI solutions within the financial services sector, including banking, capital markets, and insurance. In this role, you will shape and execute the generative AI strategy, identifying high-impact opportunities to enhance business performance, unlock new revenue streams, and address industry-specific challenges through cutting-edge AI technologies.

You will partner closely with senior clients and internal stakeholders to align AI initiatives with strategic business objectives, ensuring all solutions are scalable, ethical, and compliant with relevant financial regulations and privacy laws. Key responsibilities include overseeing the design, development, and deployment of generative AI models tailored to financial services use cases, such as algorithmic trading, fraud detection, risk management, customer personalization, and regulatory compliance.

As a team leader, you will recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing group of AI specialists, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning. You'll drive knowledge sharing and professional development within the team, while also ensuring delivery excellence across all AI engagements.

You will lead the integration of state-of-the-art technologies such as GPT-4, Transformers, Diffusion Models, DALL E, Deep Reinforcement Learning (DRL), and other Large Language Models (LLMs), applying them to deliver measurable business value. In collaboration with data scientists, AI engineers, and business analysts, you will ensure solutions are not only technically robust but also aligned with the unique needs and constraints of financial services clients.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of domain expertise, technical leadership, and strategic vision. You should have a proven track record of delivering successful AI initiatives in the financial services industry, deep familiarity with AI model development and deployment, and the ability to influence both internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end strategy, design, and delivery of generative AI solutions for financial services clients.

• Identify and develop new AI-driven offerings that address client pain points and create business value.

• Align AI initiatives with broader business goals and regulatory requirements.

• Build and manage a high-performing AI team; lead recruitment, coaching, and professional development efforts.

• Champion a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

• Drive the adoption and integration of advanced technologies including GPT-4, LLMs, Diffusion Models, and DRL.

• Stay current on emerging AI trends and financial services developments to inform product direction and client strategy.

• Ensure all AI solutions adhere to legal, ethical, and compliance standards specific to the financial industry.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.

• Extensive experience leading AI-driven projects in financial services (banking, capital markets, or insurance).

• Deep expertise in generative AI technologies, including GPT, Transformers, DALL E, Stable Diffusion, DRL, and LLMs.

• Strong knowledge of financial services applications such as algorithmic trading, fraud detection, risk analytics, and regulatory compliance.

• Proven success in building and leading AI teams, and delivering complex, high-impact AI solutions.

• Experience with cloud-based AI platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at the executive level.

• Deep understanding of the regulatory, ethical, and operational considerations of AI in the financial services industry.
