I am working with a leading financial institution that is driving innovation through large-scale digital transformation initiatives. With a strong focus on data, cloud, and risk governance, they are delivering secure, scalable and intelligent solutions across highly regulated environments.

As part of their continued investment in data and technology, they are looking to appoint a Head of Data Deployment to lead the safe and efficient delivery of complex data capabilities. This is a high-impact leadership role based in Glasgow, where you will work closely with engineering, risk and product teams to ensure robust deployment and risk management across the software lifecycle.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Leading the testing and deployment of enterprise-scale data projects across cloud environments.
• Managing data risk throughout the software development lifecycle, ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal controls.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, and quality assurance to deliver secure and high-quality solutions.
• Driving Agile delivery practices and continuous improvement across teams.
• Managing vendor relationships and supporting change initiatives across the organisation.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Strong experience in Change and Risk Management within Financial Services.
• Proven knowledge in AWS Cloud technologies.
• Experience working following Agile or similar delivery frameworks.
• Exposure to modern testing, DevOps, and environment management practices.
