Head of Digital Transformation - London (Hybrid) - Strategy & Transformation - Up to £120,000
We are seeking an experienced Head of Digital Transformation to join a large, multi-site organisation operating across the UK.
This is a high-profile leadership role with significant exposure to senior stakeholders and the opportunity to shape and deliver enterprise-wide digital strategy.
You will be responsible for driving transformation across a complex environment, ensuring technology, data and digital solutions support operational performance, scalability and long-term business success.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and deliver a strategic digital roadmap aligned to business objectives
- Lead enterprise-wide transformation programmes across a multi-region organisation
- Work closely with senior leadership to influence decision-making and secure buy-in
- Identify opportunities for automation and system integration across back-office functions
- Assess and challenge existing technology approaches to ensure best-fit solutions
- Oversee a complex IT estate and ensure effective, scalable digital capability
- Balance strategic oversight with hands-on leadership of teams and initiatives
Key Requirements
- Proven experience in a Head of Digital Transformation / Digital Transformation Director / IT Director role
- Experience operating within multi-site or international organisations
- Strong understanding of complex IT estates and infrastructure
- Experience working with sensitive or regulated data environments
- Ability to confidently engage and influence at Board / C-Suite level
- Demonstrated success delivering large-scale transformation programmes
- Technology-agnostic mindset with a focus on commercial, business-led decisions
- Experience within a Microsoft-based environment is advantageous
