An established global organisation specialising in digital platforms and assessment-driven technology is seeking a Business Analyst to support the evolution of a mission-critical platform used across complex, high-compliance environments. This contract offers the opportunity to shape delivery discipline, strengthen product definition, and drive high-impact platform improvements within a multi-team Agile setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed requirements gathering and analysis across business units to support digital initiatives.
- Own the product definition discipline for a secure digital platform supporting operational, compliance, and communication workflows.
- Collaborate with product owners, developers, and UX teams to refine business needs into clear software specifications.
- Support the end-to-end delivery lifecycle, working on enhancements, integrations, and new feature deployments.
- Track and interpret data, identify trends, and present insights to inform strategic decisions.
- Work with stakeholders of varying levels to manage expectations, prioritise needs, and ensure alignment to business goals.
- Contribute to process improvements, including documentation standards, workflows, and quality practices.
What You Bring
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in software or digital platform environments.
- Strong capability in requirements gathering, documentation, and business process analysis.
- Hands-on experience with Agile delivery and multi-team coordination.
- Expertise in backlog management tools.
- Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Location - Remote, UK Wide
Contract Length - 6 Months
Daily Rate - £350 negotiable.
