Lead Dynamics 365 BC Functional Consultant
The Company
My client is a growing Microsoft Partner specialising in Dynamics 365 Business Central (ERP) solutions across multiple industries. Following the successful acquisition of several new greenfield projects, they are looking to add an experienced Business Central Consultant to their team.
The Role
This is an excellent opportunity to lead new Business Central implementations within a collaborative and highly experienced consultancy team. The role offers a high degree of autonomy, a modern approach to delivery, and is fully home-based with occasional client-site travel as required.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations
- Manage all project phases, including discovery, analysis, design, testing, training, and go-live support
- Engage with stakeholders and customers to ensure successful project delivery
- Support integrations with third-party solutions such as Continia and Jet Reports
- Mentor and support junior consultants where required
Skills & Experience
- Strong techno-functional expertise in Dynamics 365 Business Central and legacy NAV solutions
- Proven experience delivering full lifecycle Business Central implementations
- Excellent stakeholder management and customer-facing skills
- Experience with third-party integrations, including Continia and Jet Reports
- Previous leadership or mentoring experience within consultancy teams is advantageous
