Power BI Analyst

Are you a Power BI enthusiast looking to make a real impact? Join the newly established Data and Reporting function of a forward-thinking construction business on a mission to become truly data-driven.

This hybrid role involves spending 2-3 days per week in their Central London office, collaborating closely with your team and key business stakeholders.

You'll work across departments to uncover reporting needs, gather requirements, and design insightful Power BI solutions that drive smarter decision-making.

This role requires strong data transformation and modelling skills, including experience with semantic modelling, to ensure end-users can easily access and interpret key business metrics.

We're also looking for someone with a keen eye for design - someone who takes pride in creating visually engaging, user-friendly reports that combine technical excellence with great UI/UX.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a team that's levelling up its reporting capabilities, working in a modern Azure-based environment with plenty of scope for growth.

What We're Looking For:

• Strong SQL data modelling skills
• Experience with semantic modelling
• Proven ability to design and develop insightful Power BI reports
• Proficiency in writing complex DAX measures
• Experience working in an Azure environment
• Familiarity with Azure Data Factory or Databricks (bonus)
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
