About the Role
We are looking for a Power BI Developer to join a well-known retailer on a fixed term contract basis. This role will play a key part in shaping how data is delivered and used across the organisation.
You will work closely with data analysts, engineers and stakeholders to build Power BI dashboards that support hundreds of users. This is a hands-on technical role where you will translate complex requirements into actionable insights and contribute to the evolution of the organisation's data capability.

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain high-performance Power BI datasets, data models and reporting solutions
- Translate business requirements into robust, scalable BI solutions
- Ensure stakeholders have access to self-service BI options via Power BI Service
- Maintain and enhance the existing reporting suite, ensuring reliability and usability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align BI delivery with business objectives
Skills and Experience
- Strong experience developing BI solutions using Power BI including advanced DAX capability
- Solid background in SQL and semantic data modelling
- Strong communication skills
- Confidence mentoring others in Power BI best practice
